Dr. Cordeiro is originally from a small town called Catalão in the Brazilian state of Goiás. At the age of 12, she moved with her family to Atlanta, Georgia, where she lived and completed her Bachelor of Science, Biology at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA. She attended medical school in Grenada, West Indies, and came back to the US to complete her residency at Staten Island University Hospital in New York.

   Dr. Cordeiro has two nieces, Norah and Gigi. She also has an Aussie named Finn, who she says is like a child to her.  She loves traveling, hiking, and trying new restaurants.

 

   Dr. Cordeiro shared that she loves being an OB/GYN and is excited to begin practicing in Arizona.
