Jennifer Shaw, MD
Dr. Jennifer Shaw is a board-certified OB-GYN and a trusted physician leader dedicated to advancing women’s healthcare across Arizona.
Effective January 1, 2026, Dr. Shaw began a two-year term as Chief of Staff at Banner Ironwood Medical Center (BIMC), following her service as Vice Chief of Staff and previous leadership as Chair of Women’s and Infant Services at BIMC.
In addition to her hospital leadership, Dr. Shaw currently serves as Chair of the MomDoc Quality Assurance Committee, where she helps guide clinical quality, patient safety, and excellence across the organization.
Originally from the East Coast, Dr. Shaw completed her OB-GYN residency in Philadelphia after attending undergraduate and medical school in Virginia. Now an Arizona resident, she enjoys birdwatching, gardening year-round, and spending time outdoors with her husband and children—while appreciating never having to shovel snow again.
