Rebecca Brunton, CNM

Rebecca graduated with a Bachelors of Nursing in Canada.  The city she lived in did not offer labor and delivery positions to new grads so she moved with her family to Arizona where she could pursue her passion for obstetrical nursing.  He excitement includes that the move came with the added bonus of never having to shovel or drive in snow again!

Rebecca says she has loved being a Labor and Delivery nurse for the last 25 years.  Healing women through one of the most challenging and empowering moments of their lives is what keeps her engaged in this career path year after year.  She graduated with her Masters in Nurse Midwifery from the University of Cincinnati in 2020.  She feels like the program strengthened her love and knowledge of pregnancy and birth, and gave her the tools to provide a great spectrum of women’s health care.

Rebecca has been married to her husband for 25 years, and they enjoy traveling  with their three kids, or as a couple.  Before the pandemic, they had been enjoying going to concerts as often as possible.  They love classic rock!
