Alison Gambou, DO

Dr. Gambou was born in Bordeaux, France.  At 15 Dr. Gambou moved to the United States and attended a French high school in the LA area. Dr. Gambou attended Cal State Northridge where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Biology.

Dr. Gambou moved to Philadelphia to attend Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where she received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed residency at Rutgers Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in New Jersey and had experience managing high risk pregnancies and trained in minimally invasive surgeries.

Dr. Gambou is quite the globe trotter, and has visited Spain, England, Italy, Canada, Thailand and Taiwan (to name a few!).  She says she loves to eat anything and everything, and her favorite dish is Carbonara.

 

Dr. Gambou enjoys dancing (especially Hip Hop) and singing (her friends say spending time with her is like being in a musical). She speaks French and Spanish. When you meet her, make sure and ask her to show you her favorite moves!
